Smelter City CrossFit

Based in Anaconda, Smelter City Crossfit offers fitness programming to clients of all fitness levels, experience, and ages. The owners wanted something visually strong and stable that also communicated something about the area. For their logo, we chose to represent the local smokestack that aided in the name of the business, and wove it around the spine of the block “S” letter. The palette includes copper, which was the metal being mined in the area and the blocky feel of the logo’s construction plays toward the building of fitness, strength, and their community within the gym.
